I was expecting more alignment, and handstand specific classes, but I ended up really liking the HIIT style because it helped not only build my strength + stamina, but worked my cardio! I wanted to challenge myself this year and was inspired by Susan's IG posts. If she could start handstanding at 50, so could I at 41! The first class I was sweating my brains out with the tabata work and could barely kick off the ground. But, after doing the drills and some wall work between classes, I was able to get up and even hold for 36 seconds!
