More About Me
I grew up tinkering with Lego and electronics and building things in my basement workshop. A skier, golfer, tennis player, and competitive swimmer, I have always loved to move! I studied Mechanical Engineering and earned an MBA before I started teaching yoga and handstands. As a result, I have the unique ability to tap into my structured engineering roots, my management skills and my love of movement and conditioning. I am a lifelong student of yoga and handstands, as there’s always something new to discover, either physically, mentally or emotionally.
I want all my students to leave classes and workshops with a clear mind and a smile on their faces, and with a feeling of having been challenged both physically and mentally. The benefits of yoga and handstands transcend the mat. My hope is that every student leaves feeling the buzzy happy feeling of a class well taught, with lessons learned on the mat that serve off the mat as well.
