Beginners - We will build your handstand from the ground up!
More experienced hand balancers - we will break it all down and rebuild your handstand so you can find increased stability and greater hang time!
PROPS YOU’LL USE FOR CLASS:
In addition to setting up for for class so that you have access to wall space, we’ll be using the following props throughout the week:
Mat or hard surface (non-carpeted).
Yoga blocks, or books if you don’t have blocks.
Strap - you can also use a long belt or tie, dog leash, rope or jump rope.
Rubber band or elastic hair tie for hand exercises.
Chair, stool or elevated surface (starting day 2).
Paper plates or wash cloths for pike sliders (day 4).
Light hand weights - canned beans or full water bottle will work as well.
